DESIGN STYLES FOR CONSULTATION

My preferred style of design has an emphasis on water sensitive urban design.
I love native plants, local rock and Australian timbers.
These combination's can be related in many different themes
I pride myself on translating many different styles of garden with an Australian feel, from formal through to classic bush type blocks
I really enjoy creating what I call Australasian gardens borrowing tendencies from Japanese and Balinese gardens but with a real Aussie feel using classic Australian materials




Qualifications inc:-
Winner of the "Green Gardener of the Year"award as voted by Sustainable Gardening Australia
I also have diploma level qualifications in Design, Sustainability, Plant I.D., Soils, Quotes and Tenders.
I have trade qualifications in Timber grading,3D Pattern making and design
I have attended short courses in Green gardening(S.G.A), Drip irrigation(Toro)and Rain garden design and construction(fawb)

Teaching Landscape construction at Swinburne University
Teaching a certificate course in sustainability to the Landscape industry(ECLIPSE)
Teaching short courses in drystone walling at Swinburne,
Design and construction of rain gardens for Melbourne water
Constructed award winning gardens at Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show 2003, 2007
constructed display gardens at ABC gardening Australia Expo 2006 & 2007
I also have a lot of experience in joinery, glazing, stone shaping detailing and polishing
